1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we send orders globally. If your country is not available at checkout please Contact Us to arrange an order.

2. How much does shipping cost?
The actual cost will depend on what you order, there are some guideline prices on our Shipping & Payment page but the best way to find out is to add your desired products to the cart, click checkout, then click on the 'shipping estimator' button. This will give you accurate shipping costs.

3. Where is my order?
Please see the Shipping & Payment page for average shipping times. Please allow up to 14 days (UK) and 25 days (international) for delivery in extreme cases. If your order has not been received in this time frame please Contact Us, with your order number for investigation.

4. Can I track my order?
All orders sent by Royal Mail have reference numbers giving varying levels of tracking depending on destination - please Contact Us, with your order number and we will give you as much information as possible. We also offer fully tracked courier services for extra security.

5. Can you give me a price in USD / Euro / my currency?
We are based in the UK so only accept payments in GBP, however an approximate conversion is provided on the product pages. Alternatively you can use an online currency convertor such as - http://www.xe.com/ucc/

6. Do you have any more photos of a product?
It's possible, or we can take some more - please Contact Us with details of the product and your photo requirements.

7. Can I collect my purchase?
We do not have a physical store but you're welcome to arrange collection of an order from the workshop or nearby area (Southampton, UK), for larger custom orders we would recommend collection to avoid damage in the post. Please Contact Us for more details.

8. How long will it take to build product X?
Any small items that are built-to-order are normally shipped with 1-2 weeks of purchase. Larger, complex and custom builds can take months depending on workload. If you would like to know an accurate timescale please Contact Us for full details.

9. Why do you not include power supplies with your portable 9v products?
Two main reasons 1... to keep costs down - a lot of customers already have a suitable PSU. 2... products are shipped worldwide - it is best to source the PSU in the country of use. This also allows the customer choice between a high quality, reliable (yet expensive) PSU or a cheaper version.

10. I sent an enquiry via the website, why have you not replied?
I have! Please check your junk folders etc or resend your question using an alternate email address. Some email providers are unable to distinguish certain genuine emails from the spam. Alternatively try getting in contact via social media.

11. What do you mean by 'Quality components' used in your builds?
We will not compromise quality for price, using reputable brands such as Hammond, Alpha, Royal Ohm, Neutrik and SCI rather than cheap generic counterparts. For example, the push buttons and potentiometers used on sirens and effects have been chosen for their reliability, user-friendly and ergonomic properties, rather than price, costing 4-5 times the price of standard options. Enclosures will always be metal, never plastic, for both strength and environmental reasons. These policies ensure longevity and satisfaction, which is the priority over profit.

12. Are your products guaranteed?
All products are built using quality components and thoroughly tested before dispatch, so failures are very rare. All purchases include a 1 year guarantee in case of any faults / damage, you just need to be responsible for any return postage/transport costs. The same applies after 1 year, although there will likely be small parts and labour costs depending on the issue.
